- Interactively bid in an auction in progress

3. Buy or Sell
A Brief Overview on How to Bid
- Browse or search upcoming auction catalogs for lots you are interested in and add them to your personal tracking list.
- Once you have selected your lots, you can display your personal tracking list by clicking on the "Track & Bid" button. You will be able to interactively bid or maximum bid on selected lots.
- During auction hours, you may also access current bids or become a bidder yourself using any touch tone telephone over our toll free 800 lines.
- Results are available 60-75 minutes after the auction closes. To determine what lots you won and how much you owe, click on the "Account Info" button or call the toll free bidding line.
- Pay online, or mail your payment to Teletrade within two business days of the auction. Your auction purchase usually ship within 72 hours of payment receipt.
A Brief Overview on How to Sell
- Complete a Teletrade Consignment Submission Form which is available at this site and in our printed weekly auction catalogs.
- Send the lots with the completed Consignment Submission Form to Teletrade.
- We will send you an Inventory Report informing you which auction(s) your lots have been assigned, lot numbers they have been assigned,
and an abbreviated listing of the description which will appear online.
- Your coins will be professionally imaged.
- Consignors are charged a Seller's Fee based on the price realized
at auction. Payment is mailed to all consignors
35-37 days after the auction.
