1943P 5 Steps NGC 65 Double Die Obverse VP-002 Gem mint luster. Pleasing surfaces with fine iridescent hues near the rims. NGC has certified two coins at this level with a mere two finer. Designated as full steps these coins exhibit well defined lines as steps from the porch of Monticello on the reverse.
1845 NGC 64 Nearly Gem mint luster. Well struck. Pleasing surfaces which afford warm rainbow hues on the reverse. NGC has certified 29 coins at this level with just 16 finer.

1883O NGC 64 Fitzgerald Collection This coin is from the collection known as the 'Fitzgerald Hoard.' Lincoln Fitzgerald, who at one time owned the Nevada Lodge at Lake Tahoe as well as the Nevada Club and Fitzgerald's in Reno, Nevada. Fitzgerald was an infamous figure.
