Sunday, April 6 - Teletrade® U.S. Gold Auction!
Teletrade® will hold a special gold sale the first Sunday of April 2003 with over 125 lots of Double Eagles only. Unlike other Gold Auctions by Teletrade®, this sale will be devoted almost exclusively to over a hundred lots of Liberty and Saint Gaudens type $20 gold pieces. The majority of the Liberty and St. Gaudens $20 Double Eagles come in grades ranging from VF 25 up through MS66 and are all graded by either PCGS and NGC only, and range in price from $425-450 up to over $10,000 for some of the rarer issues.

Lot 1030, an 1861 NGC 63 Double Eagle, est. $8,500-9,500, among the finer known and rare; Lot 1065, a 1908D Motto NGC 67 Double Eagle, est. $27,000-32,000, a superb coin, among the finest known; Lot 1083, a 1913D NGC 65 Double Eagle, est. $4,800-5,300; Lot 1095, a 1915S PCGS 66 Double Eagle, est. $5,500-6,500, stunning and satiny; Lot 1106, a 1924 NGC66 Double Eagle, not a rare date, but superb this finely preserved; Lot 1126, a 2003 NGC 70 $50 Gold Eagle, a spectacular and desirable recent issue.
